Here's what you can expect when you work with us:

Refund Policy:
While instant digital downloaded products are non-refundable, any a la carte design services that has has not yet been rendered is subject to a refund. For design services there are three phases, in which the customer and designer will go through - if work completed exceeds more than 50%, any payment processed is non-refundable.

Delivery Policy:
Instant Fulfillment - We believe in delivering results promptly. Upon confirmation of your order and agreement, we'll provide you with your digital goods right away. No waiting, no hassle – just efficient service.

Case-by-Case Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to ensure that you're delighted with our services, we understand that circumstances may vary. That's why we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, in line with the terms of our contract agreement.Non-Subscription

Return Policy
We currently do not sell any physical items in store, therefore we do not offer any returns. Once we do begin to sell physical products, we have a 14 return policy, and will issue a full refund for any damaged items that occurred during shipment.

Cancellation Policy
Customers and clients are more than welcome to cancel services with HVN STUDIOS at least 30 days in advance and is subject to a full refund. If services have already started and have been rendered, any completed services is not subject to a refund. Dependent upon the service type and offering, customer is subject to a prorated refund at a rate of $75/hr and is to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to "Case-by-Case Refunds" and "Return Policy" above for more details.

Non-Subscription Model:
At HVN STUDIOS, we don't believe in tying you down with subscriptions. You only pay for the services you need when you need them. There's no cancellation policy to worry about – just straightforward, client-focused service.

Secure Transactions:
Your security matters to us. That's why we've implemented HTTPS and other security best practices to ensure that your payment information is protected at all times. Rest assured, we comply with PCI standards to safeguard your sensitive data.

No Promotions or Discounts:
While we're confident in the value of our services, we currently do not offer promotions or discounts.
